Terms and Conditions
The owner of the online store Tarnavska Beauty (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is OÜ Tarnavska Hair (registry code 16537475), located in Tallinn, Estonia.
1. Validity of contract of sale, product and price information
These conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
Prices are shown next to each product and are in Euros (€). Shipping costs depend on the buyer’s location and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are displayed before confirming the order.
Product descriptions are provided alongside each product.
2. Placing an order
Add desired items to the cart, fill in the required fields, and choose a suitable shipping method. Payment can be made securely using the payment methods offered by Maksekeskus AS:
Available payment methods may include:
- Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, etc.)
- Visa / MasterCard
- Other methods as provided on the checkout page
The personal data required for payment processing is transferred to Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force upon receipt of payment.
If the store cannot fulfill the order (e.g., out of stock), the buyer will be informed promptly and a refund issued within 14 days.
3. Shipment
We deliver goods within Estonia and selected EU countries. Delivery options include parcel machines and couriers (details provided at checkout).
Estimated delivery:
- Estonia: 2–5 working days
- EU: up to 10 working days
- In rare cases, delivery can take up to 45 calendar days
4. Right of withdrawal
Buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.
To use this right, the goods must be unused beyond what is necessary to inspect them (like in a physical store). If the product shows signs of use, the refund may be reduced.
To return the goods, send a withdrawal declaration to tarnavska.beauty@gmail.com within 14 days. Goods must be returned within 14 days after that.
The buyer typically covers the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error (wrong or defective product).
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If the buyer chooses a more expensive delivery method than the standard, the store is not obliged to compensate the difference.
The store reserves the right to cancel an order if the displayed price is significantly lower than the market price due to a technical error.
5. Defective goods
The store is liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery and appear within 2 years. Within the first year, it is assumed the defect was present from the start.

If the item is faulty, the store will repair or replace it. If not possible, a refund will be issued.
The store will reply to complaints within 15 days.
6. Direct marketing and data processing
The store only uses customer data for fulfilling orders and delivery.
Newsletters and offers are sent only with customer consent. Unsubscribing is possible anytime via email or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.
7. Dispute resolution
All complaints should be sent to tarnavska.beauty@gmail.com or raised by phone at +372 5557 0105.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). The process is free for the buyer.
